Standard shipments are delivered within 1-3 business days. Express options offer same-day or next-day delivery. You can check the real-time status with your tracking number.
Your tracking number is sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp immediately after the cargo is handed in. You can also ask the branch or agency where it was shipped.
If you notice damage at the time of delivery, ask the courier to prepare a damage report. Then contact your nearest branch to file a damage claim.
